Lance began his consulting career in Melbourne and London, specialising in operational improvement and business performance. As Digital Ambassador for Guernsey, he worked with government on long-term digital strategy and development of the technology sector.
Founder of the technology business Found and other ventures in insurance and InsurTech, he brings experience in product development, commercial strategy and AI advisory for international businesses. At Fairgame, Lance leads business reviews, strategy and commercial advisory.
